Integrating Outlook People with Nextiva CRM

Integrating Outlook People with Nextiva CRM imports existing Outlook contacts to Contacts in the Nextiva CRM and provides one-way sync functionality from Outlook People to the CRM. Integration saves Users time by eliminating the need to manage customer information in multiple systems. Any time a contact is added to, updated in, or deleted from Outlook People, Nextiva CRM will reflect the change. (Please allow up to 30 minutes for the sync to complete.)

To integrate Outlook People with Nextiva CRM:

  1. Visit www.nextiva.com, and click Client Login to log in to NextOS.
  2. From the NextOS Home Page, select CRM.
  3. In the Case Inbox, click the Integrations button at the bottom-right corner of the window.

  1. Click the Outlook People tile, then click the Connect button.

  1. Sign in to Outlook and click Next to grant NextOS permission to see and download Outlook People data.

 

To disconnect Outlook People from Nextiva CRM:

  1. Visit www.nextiva.com, and click Client Login to log in to NextOS.
  2. From the NextOS Home Page, select CRM.
  3. In the Case Inbox, click the Integrations button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  4. Click the Outlook People tile, then click the Disconnect button.
