NextivaONE: Bulk import contacts

Instantly import all your business contacts and easily access and manage them directly from NextivaONE.

Choose to upload your contacts as private or public to share with teammates.

To bulk import, under Contacts, click Add contacts > Import from CSV file. Download the template and fill out the information. Once filled out, click Import and upload the template.

Confirm that your spreadsheet fields are matched with the appropriate Nextiva fields to ensure the values from the CSV file are imported into the correct fields in NextivaONE.

Choose how you would like to handle duplicates (if any) and click Start Importing.

NextivaONE: Desktop app update available

Take a moment to update your NextivaONE desktop app to ensure you’re getting the best experience with our latest update.

How to get the latest update: On the desktop app, go to Nextiva menu > About Nextiva > Restart app.

NextOS Admin: Did you register your phone numbers?

New regulation from mobile network operators requires you to register your phone numbers for business texting/SMS. To maintain business texting functionality, complete your registration now. It takes about 5-10 minutes to submit a form, and the registration process can take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days.

From the NextOS home page, select Administration > Messaging > Register now.
