Easier, safer account management
Nextiva Contact Center now lets admins disable password resets for specific users directly within the platform. It’s a simple way to streamline access control, especially for teams using Single Sign-On (SSO).
When enabled, affected users won’t be able to reset their passwords from the login screen and will see an error instead of receiving a reset email.
