Nextiva employees completed an Employer Questionnaire about benefits, HR policies, and company culture. In the second part of the assessment, Nextiva employees took an Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey, which measured their experience in eight focus areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement.
