Nextiva Welcomes Ira Feuerstein to Lead North American Partner Program

Channel and Strategic Partner Program to Expand Market Footprint
press release | scottsdale, arizona | december 10, 2013

Nextiva (www.nextiva.com), a privately-held cloud-based unified communications leader, announced that Ira Feuerstein has joined the company’s executive leadership team as director of the North American channel and strategic partner program.

In this role, Feuerstein brings an innovative and disruptive approach to the channel market, with a focus on telecommunications master agents as well as technical and managed service providers. Where standard channel programs lack creativity, company support and business transparency, Feuerstein brings programs to life and converts referral and reseller agents into high performing trusted advisors for growing organizations across the country. At Nextiva, he will introduce the concept of the Amazing Channel Program for agents that want to be part of a unique and rewarding community that represents the cloud communications and collaboration world.

This news follows the soft launch of the Nextiva partner program at MSPWorld, which took place in October. Feuerstein brings more than 15 years of partner program experience to Nextiva and was most recently the director of channel sales at SimpleSignal. While there, he was responsible for master agent accounts that served 100-1,000 seat companies. Prior to that, he served as the national sales and channel director at C3IP Communications, where he focused on serving the SMB market. Having built relationships with more than 500 agents and service providers, he excels at recruiting, educating and supporting external sales agents so they are set up for success.

“Ira is joining Nextiva at a very exciting time in our company development and growth,” states Tomas Gorny, Nextiva founder and CEO of Unitedweb. “We are rapidly evolving our product and service portfolio with collaboration and simplification tools that advance companies’ communication abilities, both internally and with their customers. Part of that expansion is the Amazing Channel Program that Ira has been brought on board to lead, and we are looking forward to his innovative approach in this area of the business.”

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of the Nextiva management team and contribute to the company’s next chapter in its success story,” adds Feuerstein. “The Nextiva culture is one of Amazing Service, and that’s something that many channel programs greatly need. Channel agent relationships are built on trust and transparency, while being supported by innovative technology that they can deliver to their customers.”

The Nextiva Amazing Channel Program will operate in conjunction with the direct sales team to avoid channel conflict and to support both teams with consistent messaging, sales tools and a seamless onboarding process for new customers.
