Nextiva earned the distinction of Customers’ Choice for Midsize Enterprise and for the Deployment Region of North America. This is a measure of how satisfied existing customers are with the vendor’s product.

The “Customers’ Choice” Category Distinction requires vendors to receive at least 25 reviews and to maintain a 4.5 or above rating. Nextiva ranked 4.6/5.0 overall, with 85% willingness to recommend, 4.7/5.0 on product capabilities, 4.7/5.0 on evaluation and contracting, 4.6/5.0 on integration and deployment, and 4.5/5.0 on service and support.
