Nextiva Wins Frost & Sullivan’s 2019 Customer Value Leadership Award

Nextiva (www.nextiva.com), an industry-leading cloud-based communications company, announced today that it has been honored with the 2019 North American Customer Value Leadership Award by Frost & Sullivan. The award was given after an analysis of small-to-midsize businesses in the North American UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) market. Nextiva stood out because of its dedication to Amazing Service and its innovative products, namely the NextOS business communications platform.

This award falls within Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices Awards, which are presented yearly to companies that demonstrate outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas including leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and product development. Winners are chosen based on interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research to identify best practices by industry.
