To be considered for this list, companies completed a two-part assessment process conducted by Best Companies Group (BCG), an independent workplace research firm. Nextiva employees completed an anonymous Employer Questionnaire focused on benefits, HR policies and the fun aspects of the company culture. In part two of the assessment, employees completed the Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey about their experience with leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, work environment, training and development resources, pay and benefits, relationship with their supervisor, role satisfaction, and overall engagement.
