OrganizationsNextiva Cares has partnered with the ALS Association Arizona Chapter since 2013, hosting yearly Ice Bucket Challenges that have resulted in over $87,000 donated. We are proud to be their single largest supporter!
Nextiva Cares partnered with the Craniofacial and Cleft Center at the Barrow Neurological Fundation to to bring joy to families with children recently born with cleft lip, cleft palate, or another craniofacial disorder.
Nextiva’s team has participated in Pat’s Run for four years, with hundreds of team members running/walking in this 4.2 mile race. Nextiva Cares donated an additional $10 per mile per runner in our group.
Nextiva Cares sponsored runners from our team in Kyiv, Ukraine to participate in the Chestnut Run, benefitting children all around the world to help overcome congenital heart disease.
Nextiva Cares and The Gorny Foundation have partnered with the Mayo Clinic many times over the years, donating to support metastatic breast cancer research and the new Mayo Medical School.
Nextiva Cares volunteered with The Joy Bus, a local nonprofit with the sole purpose to relieve the daily struggles of homebound cancer patients with a fresh chef inspired meal and a friendly face.
Nextiva Cares donated over $7,500 to St. Joseph's Cancer Center to help purchase much needed equipment for patients undergoing clinical trials for skin cancer. Our team also assembled over 500 gift bags for those affected by melanoma and their families.
The Nextiva Cares team had an amazing time volunteering with the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation and supporting Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s Assisted Animal Therapy Program.
Nextiva Cares sponsored runners from Team Nextiva to participate in the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon for a number of years to raise money for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Nextiva Cares donated dollars and pajamas to benefit the Pajama Program. This organization has 60 community partners in Arizona that utilize the Pajama Program to bring warmth and comfort to children 0-18 years of age.
Nextiva’s team in Scottsdale collected and donated school supplies, clothing, and toys to benefit back to school programs for Child Crisis Arizona for two consecutive years.
Nextiva Cares hosted a company wide donation drive and ultimately donated nearly 400 items to benefit Horses Help, a therapeutic and recreational organization that provides equine therapy to children with special needs, at-risk youth, military, and those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.
Our teams collected toys and gift cards to benefit the many Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix. We donated over 200 items which helped the clubs celebrate the children and teens during the holiday season.
Nextiva Cares has donated 1100 toys over three consecutive years to bring some holiday magic and cheer to children in need across the local Arizona community.
Nextiva Cares is proud to have partnered with Southwest Human Development to create a Little Free Library to provide additional reading opportunities to the youth in our local Arizona community. Later, Nextiva Cares collected over 200 books for the organization’s Grow a Reader children's book drive and 800 items for their back to school drive.
Nextiva Cares sponsored Southwest Human Development's MAKERS of Change event. High school students were challenged to create assistive technology for children with disabilities. They presented their completed works to a panel to compete for prizes.
Nextiva Cares and HEAL International hosted a day of education and art with volunteers at Nextiva’s Scottsdale office to raise awareness for trafficked youth.
Nextiva Cares volunteered with Free Arts for Abused Children in Arizona for a creativity day at the Phoenix Art Museum. We spent the day participating with the kids in arts and crafts, dance, and music.
Nextiva Cares sponsored Gompers' annual Spring Fling. The day included carnival games, Nextiva swag, and a cookout for Gompers’ members.
In honor of Arizona Gives Day, Nextiva Cares donated to support Detour Company Theater, a local organization that provides theater training and performance experiences for adults with cognitive and physical disabilities.
Nextiva Cares ran a social media campaign and an internal sock drive during NextCon 2019 to benefit K2 Adventures Foundation, which ultimately led to $21,160 and 1,381 pairs of socks donated.
Nextiva Cares pledged to donate $10 for each use of #NextCon17 on social media during NextCon 2017, and donated over $25,000 for the Bret Michaels Life Rocks Foundation. The foundation supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, St. Joseph’s and Barrow Neurological Foundations, as well as foundations that support the military, pets, and childhood cancer.
Nextiva Cares volunteers have supported the Arizona Humane Society a number of times. Our team in Scottsdale was also delighted to play with some seriously cute puppies and kittens thanks to the Uber crew, in an effort to raise awareness about adoption and find furever homes.
Nextiva Cares worked with Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS) to help the homeless in the Phoenix community in a way that is often overlooked – with clean and new bras and underwear!
Nextiva Cares volunteered at UMOM, a temporary shelter for families experiencing homelessness, to host a creative hour for the children to show them that people truly care and are rooting their future.
Nextiva Cares has supported numerous philanthropic organizations in the Phoenix area that benefit active duty military, veterans, and their families, including the Veterans Heritage Project, Phoenix Air National Guard Patriots, and the Pat Tillman Foundation.
Nextiva Cares volunteers spent time with HALO Animal Rescue, a no-kill animal shelter in North Phoenix, to help care for adoptable animals.
Nextiva partnered with Tranquility Trail Animal Sanctuary and Fearless Kitty Rescue to lend our time and energy to helping clean up the facilities, and of course, to play with rescue bunnies and kitties.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving,the Nextiva team donated a mountain of canned food items to Grace Chapel Food Bank.
Nextiva Cares volunteers spread love and kindness by partnering with A New Leaf, a local nonprofit organization that assists families and individuals in their journey to independence.
Nextiva Cares supported Resurrection Street Ministry, a local food pantry in Mesa, Arizona, with a food donation drive.
Nextiva Cares partnered with André House to help those affected by homelessness. Team members packed 500 reusable toiletry bags with essentials like shampoo, lotion and a toothbrush which were handed out at André House’s downtown campus.
Nextiva Cares held a food drive to benefit Phoenix’s local Saint Mary’s Food Bank. We were able to donate nearly 1,500 pounds of food with another $85 in online donations, totaling to 2,060 meals for those in need in the Phoenix area.
