Can I send text messages from my business phone number?

Yes, you can use Nextiva to send text messages from your business phone number. Interact with customers via SMS from within the Nextiva App. Learn more about you can use text messaging in your business.

Can I change plans?

You can always upgrade your plan to a higher tier with more features if your initial offering isn't quite what you need. If you do that or add more seats to your account, we will only charge you a pro-rated amount for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

Do I need to change my small business phone number?

No, you do not need to change your business phone number when you choose Nextiva. You can migrate your existing phone number to Nextiva through a process known as Porting. Nextiva will take care of all that for you.

How do I get a toll-free local number?

Businesses receive a toll-free local phone number at no additional charge when purchasing the Business Communication Suite from Nextiva. Optionally, they can also receive a toll-free national phone number that begins with 866, 800, 888, but inbound calls will be charged per minute.

What is the Nextiva App?
