What is a Conference Call?

A conference call is when three or more people are able to hear each other on a call at the same time.

A conference call can take place on most SIP-compatible phones or it can be hosted separately on a conference bridge.

Individual phones can manage up to six people if configured to do so. Any more than that requires a separate service. This service allows all participants to dial the same number and can speak to each other.
