What is Push to Talk?

PTT stands for Push to Talk. Push to Talk is an intercom feature included in Nextiva's VoIP services. It allows a user to call an extension in their account, and have that phone automatically answer the call on speakerphone.

Push to Talk allows the other party to speak back, making it much more like an intercom than other similar features.
