Circular routing is a call distribution process wherein calls are routed to agents specified in the order specified. When an agent at the top of the list takes a phone call, they are moved to the bottom of the list: ABCD, BCDA, CDAB, DABC.
Circular routing provides calls fairly based on the number of calls available.
