What is Voicemail Transcription?

Voicemail transcription is a process to turn voicemails into text. A voice-to-text translator listens to a voicemail. It attempts to transcribe the words said into a readable format.

The service provides this transcription to you via text or email. Transcriptions may not be 100% accurate because of the limitations of voice-to-text technology.
