What is a Call Center in VoIP?

CC stands for Call Center. A Call Center is a telephony term that describes a mechanism or process by which callers can wait in a 'queue' for an agent to become available to take their call.

If all agents are on the phone, a new call waits until an agent is free, and further calls after that wait, in order. This order can change based on several other factors.
