Nextiva supports up to 25 active video participants on a single call. For larger meetings, up to 250 participants can join via audio dial-in. Both video and audio participants share the same meeting room and can communicate together.
Do guests need to download anything?
No. Guests join meetings directly from their web browser by clicking the meeting link. No app download or Nextiva account is required. For hosts and regular users, the NextivaONE desktop and mobile apps provide the full meeting experience.
Can I record meetings?
Yes. Hosts and co-hosts can start recording at any time during a meeting, or set meetings to record automatically when they’re scheduled. Recordings are stored in the cloud for 30 days and shareable via link. All participants receive a notification when recording starts.
Does it integrate with my calendar?
Yes. Nextiva integrates with Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar. You can schedule meetings from your calendar, and they automatically sync to Nextiva. Meeting links are included in calendar invites, and participants get reminders before the meeting starts.
