What's the difference between Channel, Referral, and Affiliate partners?
Channel Partners (agents, resellers, MSPs) actively sell Nextiva and receive the full program: recurring commissions, training, certification, dedicated support, and marketing tools.
Referral Partners are typically existing customers or business contacts who refer leads. Nextiva handles the sales process; you earn a flat payout per unit.
Affiliate Partners promote Nextiva online through content and referral links, earning commissions via PartnerStack with monthly payouts.
What commission structure does Nextiva offer?
Channel partners earn recurring commissions with competitive lifetime margins, plus additional SPIFFs and incentives on qualifying deals. Referral partners earn flat per-unit payouts. Affiliate partners earn commissions on referred customers through PartnerStack with monthly payouts.
What training and certification is available?
Channel partners receive structured training programs covering Nextiva’s full product suite, competitive positioning, and sales methodology. What marketing support do partners receive?
NexConnect is Nextiva’s partner marketing engine. It includes a content library with ready-to-use marketing materials, campaign templates designed to engage and convert, co-branded assets, and real-time campaign analytics so you can see what’s working.
What pricing do my customers get?
Partners have access to partner-specific pricing tiers that let you offer competitive rates while protecting your margins. Registered deals receive priority pricing support from your Partner Teaming Unit, so you can build proposals that win without racing to the bottom on price.
Can I partner with Nextiva if I already sell competing products?
Yes. Many of our most successful partners carry multiple solutions. Nextiva’s high retention rate, unified platform approach, and competitive pricing make it a strong addition to any portfolio. Your Partner Teaming Unit can help with competitive positioning.
How do I get paid?
Channel partner commissions are paid on a recurring basis for the lifetime of the customer relationship. Referral partners receive payouts after the referred customer completes 60 days of active service. Affiliate partners receive monthly payouts via PayPal or Stripe through PartnerStack.
