XBert joined Nextiva in 2008 as the company's Amazing Service Guru. His prime responsibilities include educating Nextiva employees about the ins and outs of unified communications, motivating team members to abide by a commitment to Amazing Service, and coordinating internal team building events.
XBert graduated summa cum laude from Nextiva University, where he was captain of the debate team, football quarterback, and president of the student government.
Tracy is President of Nextiva, where he serves as an executive and marketing advisor. Tracy began his entrepreneurial career in 1991 when he founded Conrad and Associates, a data aggregator. He entered the Internet arena in 1995 when he founded the Blitz Network, a web advertising agency that was subsequently acquired. In 2001, Tracy co-founded IPOWER, the second largest web hosting company in the U.S.
As President of Nextiva, Tracy is instrumental in building a customer base more than 150,000 strong and establishing Nextiva as one of the top cloud-based telephone providers in the country.
David joined Nextiva in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all financial matters for Nextiva, including financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, accounting, financial operations and regulatory compliance.
David's professional finance career includes more than two decades working for the two largest global software companies. At those firms, he held multiple progressive roles in accounting, audit, financial planning and analysis, and he was CFO of a medium sized subsidiary. He spent the first five years of his career at a "big four" accounting firm where he passed the CPA exam and served audit clients in several industries. He has extensive international experience leading global teams and has completed two international residency assignments.
David earned a MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management/WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Josh joined Nextiva in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for directing the company's technology planning and investments. Josh manages the data center operations and all relationships with carriers and vendors. Josh also places a key role in strategic planning and product development.
Josh brings 20+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering mission critical voice and data systems to business markets. He started his first technology company while a Computer Sciences undergraduate at Embry-Riddle University in Arizona.
Yaniv joined Nextiva in 2008 and currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer. He manages Nextiva's marketing and branding efforts by working to create strategies that drive awareness, strengthen the Nextiva brand, and share the story of the company's unique customer-centric culture, known as "Amazing Service." He also initiates and manages programs related to brand management, demand generation and advertising. In addition to his duties at Nextiva, Yaniv is a well-known business thought leader and regularly contributes articles to publications including Huffington Post, Salesforce Blog, AllBusiness, and Under30CEO.
Yaniv studied Political Science and History at UCLA.
Charles Ingram joined Nextiva in 2018 as Chief Product Officer after a lengthy technology career spanning multiple industries. In his role, Charles is responsible for driving the design and execution of Nextiva’s product portfolio. Previously, Charles held various technology leadership roles with PetSmart, YUM Brands, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) where he developed a passion for building technology that creates connections between great brands and their customers. Charles earned his B.A. in Computer Science and Business Administration from Furman University and holds an MBA from Wake Forest University. He also attended a Management Executive Program at INSEAD.
Kathi Winter joined Nextiva in 2017 and currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for accelerating growth through purposeful leadership, attracting and developing talent, and building a culture of agility, innovation, and engagement throughout Nextiva. Kathi is especially interested in predictive analytics and AI as a foundation for future workforce dynamics. Prior to Nextiva, Kathi began her HR career with 11 years of people leadership roles at Honeywell, followed by CIT, and most recently led HR at imortgage / loanDepot for the past 6 years. Kathi brings 20 years of experience in leadership and people operations to her role at Nextiva. She earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Arizona State University. She completed a Blackbelt in Six Sigma and holds numerous leadership certifications and a SPHR designation.
John joined Nextiva in 2012 as General Counsel. In this role, John manages the legal functions for Nextiva, including strategic planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, M&A activity, intellectual property management, disputes, litigation management, and corporate governance.
John has been advising technology companies on legal issues for over 12 years. Prior to joining Nextiva, John was counsel for an international publicly traded software company. Before that, he advised various technology companies as an attorney with Lewis and Roca, LLP in Phoenix. John has previously worked as an equity analyst in the securities brokerage industry and currently holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
John holds a JD from Arizona State University, an MBA from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and a BS in Finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Kim Lamont joined Nextiva in 2011 and currently serves as Executive Administration and Project Manager for the CEO. She serves as the CEO’s right hand support and advisor, and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day projects for the CEO, managing special projects. Kim excels at staying several steps ahead and knowing what needs to get done for business. Prior to Nextiva, Kim held various roles in finance and administration, including Manager of Budgeting and Forecasting, Business Manager, Executive Office Manager, and Community Liaison. Kim brings more than 25 years of experience to her role. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with honors at Penn State University.
