Nextiva Quick Start

Nextiva Quick Start provides a quick and easy way to get your basic NextOS implementation configured, and teaches you some best practices for using the platform. We will focus on your accounts and contacts, and if you have Nextiva Voice, we will also walk through how Call Pop works.

Nextiva Quick Start will help you to:

  • Finalize initial configuration of the software
  • Understand basics of how to create an account, contact, case, and lead/opportunity
  • Understand how interactions work
  • Understand how to import data

Who is Nextiva Quick Start for?

Customers that want to get up and running quickly, don’t require sophisticated or custom automations, and who are able to do some implementation tasks themselves.

What's included:

  • Up to three (3) hours with an expert to help implement your system, which will expire after thirty (30) days of purchase

Nextiva Sales Plus

With Sales Plus, we kick things off with a conversation about your business goals, current processes, and data needs. Then we customize an implementation plan based on our best practices that we’ll review together before we begin our technical work.

For Sales:
