When do I need to upgrade?

Starting April 6th, 2023, Nextiva users will not be able to log in to access the desktop Nextiva App, including the latest version 22.9.33.46 and all prior versions.

Why do I need to upgrade?

We’re making it easier to see all these interactions across all communication channels by placing them into one single view. Eventually the old desktop application will no longer be available, and you will not be able to make and receive calls, access voicemail, or send messages using the old desktop application.

What if I don’t upgrade to NextivaONE?

If you attempt to login to the Nextiva desktop app (version 22.9.33.46 and all prior versions) after April 6th, 2023, you will receive an error message stating “This site can’t be reached”.

Is there a cost or price change associated with this upgrade?

Nope! All Nextiva customers will be upgraded to the next generation application free of charge.
