What is NextivaONE?

NextivaONE is the future of how you will experience your Nextiva service — providing a better overall experience, including but not limited to significant feature enhancements and even greater functionality. Manage customer communication and team communication from the same place. 

How do I upgrade to NextivaONE?

Why do I need to upgrade? 

We’re making it easier to see all interactions across all communication channels by placing them into one single view

Is there a cost or price change associated with this upgrade?

Nope! All Cospace users will be upgraded to the next-generation application free of charge.

Will Nextiva migrate any data (Chat logs, Call History, Files, etc.) from Cospace to NextivaONE? 

No, Nextiva will not be migrating any data from Cospace to NextivaONE.

What are the differences between the old desktop app and NextivaONE?

  • Start video calls with up to 25 active video participants and up to 250 audio participants. 
  • You can send and receive text messages (1:1 and in groups of up to 10 individuals) directly from NextivaONE using your Nextiva business phone number.  
  • Access all your communication channels in one seamless view — calls, voicemails, and text messages.
  • Make notes on contacts, calls, and voicemails. 
  • Instantly view and listen to voicemail with visual voicemail and voice transcription.
