Subject to these terms and to the extent permitted by law, eligible new customers will receive XBert AI and NextivaCX – Core (non-HIPAA customers) or NextOS Professional HC (HIPAA customers) service for a total of $99.00 per user per month, exclusive of taxes, fees, surcharges and usage charges, for the initially contracted quantities of users for the initial term of the minimum term agreement. Standard XBert AI implementation costs only will be waived. Customer will be responsible for all other implementation and related costs. Additional NextivaCX – Core or NextOS Professional HC users are available at $15.00 per user per month, exclusive of taxes, fees, surcharges and usage charges, at the time of sign-up.

Customer must reference this offer at the time of sign-up. To remain eligible for this offer, Customer may not be in breach of its agreement with Nextiva and cannot terminate the services prior to the end of the agreed service term. All other services and devices added to the customer’s account will be at the then-current Nextiva list price. Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
