Nextiva CRM: Block Email Addresses

Manage your inbox by blocking spam and other unsolicited emails. Blocking emails helps prevent receiving unwanted emails, including viruses and different types of cyberattacks. You can add multiple emails with specific details, such as blocking all emails from a particular domain or contains a specific word. 

  1. Visit, and click Login CRM > Administration Tools (wrench) > Block Email Address under Security on the left panel. 
  2. Specifying the criteria of the email to be blocked (Equals, Contains, Starts/Ends with). For example, you can select ends with a specified email domain to block all email addresses that end with the email domain. 
  3. Click the Enabled checkbox > Add (+).
