Customizing Nextiva CRM tables

⚠️ Nextiva CRM has been retired from the Nextiva product offerings and is currently not available to new users. 

Customize the tables aka grids displayed in Nextiva CRM to meet specific business needs. For example, a table may be customized to only display pertinent information for your business, such as account name, account value, phone number, etc. You can also customize the data to display in a particular order that makes the most sense for the users.


From the NextOS admin dashboard, select All Advanced Features > Table views. 

Click Plus (+) > enter the new table name and choose the associated table > Apply.

Perform any of the below actions > Save & Go Live.

  1. Edit table name
  2. Choose the departments that can view this table
  3. Add fields (click-and-drag)
  4. TIP: Click the blue buttons to view additional fields
  5. Change the order of the fields (click-and-drag), modify the field label (Gear), and remove a field (Trash)
  6. Delete the custom table
