How to set up call forward unanswered

Automatically forward unanswered calls to any phone number or extension after a defined number of rings.

Choose the image that looks most like your screen once logged in.

Setting up call forward unanswered

  1. (Admin only) From the NextOS admin home page, select Users > Actions > Voice Settings >
    Forwarding > Call forward (unanswered)
  2. (User only) From the NextOS user home page, select Voice Forwarding > Call forward (unanswered)
  3. Enter the phone number or extension to forward calls to and the number of Rings before forwarding. Click Save.

From the Nextiva voice admin dashboard, hover over Users > Manage Users > select the user > Forwarding >
Call Forward When Unanswered.

Enter the phone number or extension to forward calls to and the Number of Rings before forwarding. Click Save.
