From the Nextiva Voice Admin Dashboard, users can view an overview of the account, usage details, and billing details. Only Administrators can view this information. For instructions on how to update the E911 address on file, click here.
NOTE: To update the Customer Address on file, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Visit nextiva.com, and click Client Login to log in to NextOS.
- From the NextOS Home Page, select Voice.
- From the Nextiva Voice Admin Dashboard, hover over the name displayed in the upper-right corner, then select My Account.
- Click Billing on the left panel.
- Click the Plus (+) icon to add a new payment method and billing address, or click the Pencil to update the current payment method and billing address.
- Click Save.
