Automatically route calls to Voicemail during after-hours or when the call is unanswered, for example. With Nextiva Voice, you can customize the voicemail settings, retrieve voicemail messages via email, and record multiple different types of greetings.
Nextiva also offers a Voicemail to Text service that transcribes incoming voicemail messages and texts them to a mobile phone number. Voicemail to Text is an additional fee and requires the assistance of a Nextiva Support team member. Please email support@nextiva.com for any questions regarding Voicemail to Text.
