Configuring Nextiva Voicemail

Automatically route calls to voicemail during after-hours or when a call is unanswered. You can also receive an email notification with a .wav file attached, allowing you to listen to your voicemails directly from your inbox. Nextiva also offers a voicemail to text service that transcribes incoming voicemail messages and texts them to a mobile phone number. Voicemail to Text is an additional fee and requires the assistance of a Nextiva Support team member. Please email support@nextiva.com for any questions.
