Change My Voicemail PIN

There are two different ways you can change a voicemail PIN code from the Nextiva Voice Portal.  Both the individual User and Administrator are able to change the voicemail pin. 


Changing a Voicemail PIN from the Nextiva Voice Portal as an Administrator:

  1. Visit www.nextiva.com, and click Client Login to log in to NextOS.
  2. From the NextOS Home Page, select Voice.
  3. From the Nextiva Voice Admin Dashboard, hover-over Users at the top of the screen and select Manage Users.
  4. Search for the user and select the pencil icon on the right-hand side.
  5. Scroll down and select Security Information.
  6. Select the Change Voicemail Pin checkbox.

  1. Enter your desired pin in the PIN field.
  2. Select Save to apply changes.

 

 


Changing a Voicemail PIN from the Nextiva Voice Portal as a User:

  1. Visit www.nextiva.com, and click Client Login to log in to NextOS.
  2. From the NextOS Home Page, select Voice.
  3. From the Nextiva Voice Dashboard, select Change Voicemail PIN on the left of the page. 
  4. A new window will pop up, enter your new voicemail PIN and confirm new voicemail pin.

  1. Select Save to apply changes.
