Reset User’s Password

To Reset a User's Password:

A User’s password gives each User on the account their own profile to access their individual settings. They do not have access to the Call Groups, Auto Attendants, and other group-level services. Instead, they get access to personal call forwarding options, special features, and settings. To reset a User's password, follow the instructions below:

  1. For Administrators, log in to NextOS by visiting www.nextiva.com and clicking on Login found at the top of the page.
  2. Log in to NextOS with your login credentials.
  3. From the main dashboard, hover over Users at the top and select Manage Users (Figure 1-1).
