Request password reset

To log in, you will need your Nextiva username and password. Your username can be found in the welcome email sent to the user or the account administrator upon setup. 

If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can reset it by visiting authenticate.nextiva.com and selecting Forgot Password. You will immediately receive an email, follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
