Setting up speed dial

Instead of dialing an entire phone number, you can reduce the number of keys or use a one-click device line for faster dialing.

Choose the image that looks most like your screen once logged in.

Setting up speed dial

From the NextOS admin home page, select Users > Actions > Voice Settings > Call Routing > Speed dial > Add speed dial. Enter a description, phone number, and speed dial code.

From the NextOS home page, select Voice. Hover over Users and select Manage Users. Click the pencil to the right and select Routing > Speed dial.

Click the plus sign at the bottom-right of the menu. Select the speed dial option, enter a name for the speed dial, and then enter the phone number or extension. Please note that special characters or spaces are unsupported for the speed dial descriptive name. Click Save.
