To help differentiate emails about system status updates from any other emails, we have changed the address from which status emails are sent. These emails now come from [email protected]. If you have previously whitelisted [email protected] to receive these emails, we recommend that you add a whitelist option for the new email address.
All emails that come from this address will include information regarding an issue or outage tracked on Nextiva’s status page or news and reminders about upcoming system maintenance.
