Manage your call settings and availability using the Nextiva mobile app

Availability

Adjust availability settings or quickly check the status of other teammates via team presence.

Tap your initials at the top left and select My Settings. From here, you can choose to automatically show your presence (away or mobile, for example) or manually change it (available, busy, away, offline).

Call settings

Tap your initials on the top left and select Call Settings to access commonly used features such as Nextiva Anywhere, Do Not Disturb, call forwarding, and more.

If assigned a call center license, you can also manage your queue status (available/unavailable) and which call queue you are signed into, if allowed by admin.

To access all your voice settings, you must log in to your Nextiva Voice portal or NextivaONE desktop app.
