Group pick-up

Group pick-up allows you to answer calls from any phone using a feature access code. When receiving an incoming call, you can dial *98 to accept the call on any device that is added to the group. 

Choose the image that looks most like your screen once logged in.

Setting up group pick-up for NextOS

To set up group pick-up for NextOS, please contact our amazing service team by submitting a ticket or send an email to support@nextiva.com. 

 

Setting up group pick-up for Nextiva Voice

From the Nextiva Voice Admin Dashboard, click Locations > Manage Locations.

Click the pencil icon to the left of the location > Location features > Group Pick-Up.

Click Plus (+) at the bottom corner > enter a Group name and select the users > Save
