Updating voicemail PIN

Choose the image that looks most like your screen once logged in.

Update voicemail PIN as a user (NextOS)

From the NextOS user home page, select Voice > Voicemail. Click on the Lock icon to set a new pin. 

Update voicemail PIN as an admin (NextOS)

As an administrator, you can reset a user’s voicemail PIN. 

From the NextOS admin dashboard, select Users > Actions > Voice Settings > Voicemail.

Enter the new pin and click Save.

Update voicemail PIN as an user (Nextiva Voice) 

From the Nextiva Voice dashboard, select Change Voicemail PIN on the left of the page > enter your new PIN > Save.

Update voicemail PIN as an Admin (Nextiva Voice) 

As an administrator, you can reset a user’s voicemail PIN. 

From the Nextiva Voice admin dashboard, hover your cursor over Users > Manage Users.

Click the pencil > Security Information > Change voicemail pin > enter a new PIN > Save & Continue.
