Users with multiple profiles

NextOS makes it simple for users to manage and access multiple accounts, also known as profiles, all from one screen. 

Choose the image that looks most like your screen once logged in.

Switching profiles 

Once logged in, you can choose which account to access. 

To switch profiles, you can select Switch Profiles from the top-right menu. 

 

Managing user details 

If a user has multiple profiles, only the user will be able to edit certain fields, such as the name, email, phone number, and time zone. 

To edit, click My Profile, either from the settings menu on the left or from the top-right menu.

If a user has multiple profiles, only Nextiva support will be able to edit certain fields, such as the name, email, phone number, time zone, username, authorized user, and PIN.
