Introduction
The NCC platform is designed for use with a Chrome browser on any PC that will support the Google Chrome browser. The agent interface also provides a built-in WebRTC softphone so users do not have to download third-party softphones.
Users also have the ability to change the telephony connection from the native WebRTC to either a SIP address (to ring a third-party SIP-based phone) or to ring a PSTN number such as a landline, cell phone, or DID extension behind a legacy PBX.
Both the WebRTC and SIP functions will require a reliable, high-speed internet or VPN or MPLS connection.

Additional Whitelisting Considerations
- NCC uses to interact with https://cloud.google.com/storage to create/retrieve/delete files in Google Cloud Storage. These files can include: system prompts, recordings, uploaded CSVs (lead lists, object lists, field mappings, public and private keys, directory messaging attachments, avatars, etc), or anything that requires file storage. These URL should be whitelisted to avoid disruptions in NCC.
- WhatsApp network requirements must be maintained in order to integrate within NCC.

Bandwidth Requirements
The absolute minimum requirement is 300 Kbps per agent. Ideally, each agent would have a connection in the 1 Mbps to 5 Mbps range or higher. This connection must be stable and ideally not on the same network where video streaming or other bandwidth-hogging activities are occurring. At the time of establishing the agent connection, a large amount of data is transferred (agents, queues, campaigns, etc.) but this information is kept in memory thereafter.
Computer and Monitor Requirements
- A multimedia-equipped computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM.
- A computer running the latest version of Google Chrome.
- High-quality noise-canceling headphones with a dedicated own power supply.
- A computer screen with a diagonal of 45 cm (18 inches) is optimal. For supervisors to have an additional screen in order to use the dashboards would be optimal.
