Viewing call history reports in NextOS

From the Nextiva voice admin dashboard, click Communication > Phone System > Voice Overview.

Under Call Activity, click View Call Details.

From the Nextiva voice admin dashboard, click Call History and select the start and end date, User(s), and Call Type(s).

Click Get Calls > View details to see a detailed list of all calls.
