How Do I Track My Shipment?

When you place an order with Nextiva for phones or devices tracking information is sent to the primary email address on the account. To properly track your package, place your order with our team and be sure your billing email address is up to date. Nextiva utilizes FedEx for all shipping needs.

If you did not receive the email with the initial tracking information or would like an update for whatever reason, please reach out to our support team.
