Can I pick my own phone number?
Yes, during the sign up process for Nextiva service we give you an option to select your telephone number. Just remember in some cases depending on the circumstances there might be limited availability on the telephone numbers to select.

How long is the contract for service with Nextiva?
Nextiva doesn't lock you into a contract you are month to month.
Can I upgrade to a different service such as the Nextiva Office or SIP Trunking at any time?

Am I charged for checking messages?
You can access your online account and retrieve your messages for free anytime. You will not be charged for having your messages forwarded to your email address.
