Toll Free or Local Number
Choose a Toll Free (888, 877, 866, etc) or local phone number. Add additional numbers to give your business a multi-city appearance, or combine a toll free and local number.
An auto attendant greets your callers (Thank you for calling "Your Business", Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for Support, etc.) and we'll deliver your call wherever you designate.
Instantly make your company seem larger by allowing incoming calls to reach certain extensions or people by being auto-prompted by the attendant to access an extension by dialing last names.
Am I required to use the auto attendant?
No; the auto attendant can be turned on or off as needed.
Can my incoming calls ring to more than one number?
Yes; your incoming calls can be routed to up to five different numbers, rotating one after the other.
Can I customize my auto attendant greeting?
Yes; one of the advantages to using Nextiva Connect is the ability to give your business a custom touch and professional appearance with your personalized messages and greetings.
Can I choose my own phone number?
Yes. During your sign-up process, Nextiva offers you the option of selecting your telephone number. Please understand that in some cases, depending on your circumstances and location, there may be limited availability of available telephone numbers to select.
Does Nextiva charge setup fees?
There are no setup fees or hidden charges with Nextiva.
How long is the service contract with Nextiva?
Nextiva does not require our customers to sign a contract. Our standard service is based on a pay-as-you-go model with month-by-month billing. If you would prefer to have your service based on a contract, we are able to develop and negotiate one based on your business needs.
Can I upgrade to a different service, such as Nextiva Office or SIP trunking, at any time?
Yes! You are able to switch service levels at any time. Just give us a call at 1-800-983-4289.
Am I charged to check my messages?
No; you can access your online account and retrieve your messages for free at any time. You will not be charged for having your messages forwarded to your email address, either.
