Day and Night Mode Schedule
Provides the ability to have multiple schedules according to business hours or holiday schedules informing the incoming calls of the appropriate information. This is done by alternating auto attendant features to the appropriate schedules.
Dial by Name Directory
Auto attendant prompt that informs the caller to dial either the first or last name of the person there trying to reach and the system directs them to the corresponding extension.
Virtual Departments
Allows the customer to create specific departments such as Sales that directs incoming calls to the appropriate areas.
Multiple Auto Attendants
Allows the customer to have more than 1 auto attendant. Ideal for holiday schedules, alternate business hours and so forth.
Import your Greetings
Allows the customer to browse through and upload personal messages and greetings that may be stored in the form of a WAV files on their computer.
Music on Hold
Music or recordings that incoming calls will hear if they are places on hold. The customer has the ability to insert interruptions such as promotional ads and choose the duration of the interruption. These are uploaded in the form of 8 kbits or 16 kbits WAV files that are stored on the customer’s computer.
Hunt Groups
Assigned groups of extensions that all ring at once or sequentially when one specific number is dialed. For instance if the hunt group were to be assigned to sales, when that call is placed every sales phone assigned to that group would ring.
Extensions
Is a group of numbers that corresponds with a specific phone. This is how calls are directed to the appropriate phone and person.
Follow Me
This is a feature that allows the customer to program their number according to wherever there located. For example you could have incoming calls to your desk ring to your cell phone.

Conference Bridge
Numbers assigned and given to people that they would use to dial in and be a part of that specific conference.
