1. Set your password and log in.

  1. If you haven’t set your password yet, check your welcome email and click the Get started link. If you forgot your password, reset it now.
  2. When you set or reset your password, you’ll also set your security PIN. You’ll be asked to provide it anytime you contact support.
  3. Visit Nextiva.com then click Login, or navigate to authenticate.nextiva.com
