Switch and Save Offer - Valid through June 30th, 2026

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to these terms and conditions, for Customers that enter into an Incentivized Purchase of Nextiva Core, Engage, NextOS ProPlus-HC, and/or NextOS Enterprise-HC that is closed within the Incentive Period, Nextiva will offer service credits in an amount equal to the subscription fees for the Incentivized Services one month for each month remaining in the current term of the Customer's contract, up to the applicable maximums based on Customer Size set forth below (the "Offer"):

Offer available to new customers signing a 12-paid month or longer minimum term agreement for Nextiva Core, Engage, NextOS ProPlus-HC, and/or NextOS Enterprise-HC services with two hundred (200) or fewer employees. Subject to these terms and to the extent permitted by law, eligible new customers will not be charged the base license fees for the contracted quantity of Nextiva Core, Engage, NextOS ProPlus-HC, and/or NextOS Enterprise-HC services at the time of initial sign-up only for a maximum of up to twelve (12) total months, depending on the total paid monthly commitment length as follows: (i) 12-paid month term: up to three (3) free months of service; (ii) 24-paid month term: up to six (6) free months of service; (iii) 36-paid month term: up to nine (9) free months of service; or, (iv) 48-paid month term: up to twelve (12) free months of service. Free months of service require a corresponding extension to the total contract length (e.g. an eligible customer signing a 48-paid month term will have a total term length of 60 months) and begin with the second month of the term. Customer will remain responsible for all other service fees, add-ons, usage charges, taxes, fees and surcharges except as expressly provided herein and must pay all initial fees and setup and implementation charges.
Customer must reference this offer at the time of sign-up. To remain eligible for this offer, Customer may not be in breach of its agreement with Nextiva and cannot terminate the services prior to the end of the agreed service term. Purchase must be at the then-current Nextiva list price for all services, features and functionalities purchased by the Customer. Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Additional terms and conditions apply, including the applicable Nextiva Service Terms. Nextiva reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue this offer at any time. Offer expires at 11:59 PST on June 30th, 2026.
