Nextiva customers automatically receive a welcome email that provides information for accessing NextOS applications (e.g. Nextiva Voice Portal, Nextiva CRM, and NextOS Analytics) when a new account is created for them. In the event that they lose the welcome email or do not receive it, Nextiva customers can get started by following the steps below:
- Visit www.nextiva.com, and click Client Login.
- Click the Forgot Password? link.
- Enter the NextOS username and email address.
- Click Send Email.
An email with the username and a password reset link will be sent to the provided email address.
