Mobile app update – November 2020

Having mobile app issues? Here are some things to try.

 

Using an iOS device?

  • Download the newest version of the Nextiva Mobile App from the iOS app store (version 24.0.1, updated on 11/10/2020). To check your app version, tap the Menu button on the top-left corner > About. 
  • Can’t log in? Reset your password at nextiva.com/passwordreset.
  • Getting an “Account not found” error? This means your profile is disabled or out of sync. Please contact Nextiva Support for help resolving this.
  • You must be on iOS version 11.0 or newer.

 

Using an Android device?

  • Download the newest version of the Nextiva Mobile App from the Google Play Store (version 24.0.3, updated on 11/13/2020). To check your app version, swipe right, or tap the Menu button on the top-left corner > About.
  • Can’t log in? Reset your password at nextiva.com/passwordreset.
  • Getting an “Account not found” error? This means your profile is disabled or out of sync. Please contact Nextiva Support for help resolving this.
  • You must be on Android version 5.0 or newer.
