How to set up the Nextiva CommPilot Portal

The CommPilot Portal is used to set up additional features for NextOS users. To log in to the CommPilot Portal, also known as the Control Panel or CP Portal, follow this simple steps:


  1. Log in to your Personal Web Portal
  2. Under Account Type, select NextOS
  3. Enter your username and password, and click Sign In
  4. On the left hand side of this portal, click on Enterprise Admin Login
  5. You are now in the CP Portal

You can also log in to the CP Portal directly if you have a CP login. Go to cp.nextiva.com. The NextOS Portal automatically logs you into the CP portal as the administrative login when you click the Enterprise Admin Login button.
