Setting Up Meet-Me Conferencing

Meet-Me Conferencing (or the Nextiva conference bridge) is a great way to connect multiple callers at different locations into the same live call for an alternative to face-to-face meetings. You can establish a conference number to be shared across multiple users within a group. This feature is only available to users who have purchased a Meet-Me Conference license or a Pro Plus/Enterprise seat. To skip ahead and set up just the personal Meet-me conference bridge, click here.

NOTE: This feature requires special licensing, which requires contacting Nextiva support. Before you can use Meet-Me Conferencing, please email us at support@nextiva.com, Submit a Ticket, or give us call at 800.285.7995. Once you have contacted Nextiva Support for helping adding the feature, you are welcome to setup new conference bridge IDs at your leisure. First, you’ll need to set the feature up at the Location-level.
