How to Make International Phone Calls

Nextiva allows administrators to fully manage and control who can make International calls on an account. This feature can be activated with just a few clicks in the portal. For a full list of rates, please click HERE.

  1. For administrators, log in to the NextOS Portal by going to www.nextiva.com and selecting Customer Login from the top right corner. Enter your login credentials and click Sign in. Select Sites & Employees then click on Login under the Admin Login column.
  2. On the left-hand menu, click Calling Plan, then select Outgoing Calling Plan. This will activate the feature for the entire site and you can define which users are restricted from use (see below).
  3. Next, under Originating, click the box under International. Once this is check marked, click OK or Apply to save. This will enable international calling for the entire group.

Turning on/off international calling for a specific user:

  1. For administrators, log in to the NextOS Portal by going to www.nextiva.com and selecting Customer Login from the top right corner. Enter your login credentials and click Sign in. Select Sites & Employees then click on Login under the Admin Login column. Click Users and search for the employee whose information you wish to edit. Click Edit.
  2. On the next screen, click Calling Plans. Next choose Outgoing Calling Plan.
  3. On the following screen, click the Custom Settings box at the top. Now you can click/unclick the box under Permitted to add or remove international calling for this user.
