  • 50 words or less: $50 per recording/file
  • Each Additional 50 words: $50 per recording/file
  • Standard Delivery (4) Business Days: No Charge
  • Urgent (24) Hour Delivery: $50 per recording/file
  • Background Music: $50 per recording/file
  • Additional Revisions: $50 for every 50 words per recording/file


Rights/Commercial Broadcast Licenses:

  • Use Rights for On Hold, Phone Messages, Voicemail, IVR: No Charge
  • Commercial Rights: Promoting Product in Non-Paid Marketing Channels: $100
  • Broadcast Rights: Paid Advertising channels: TV, Radio, Internet: $200

Click here to use our online form to submit your professional recording request along with your script, unique name pronunciations, if any, and Voice Talent selection to the Nextiva Professional Recording Department. We will review your script and provide you with a written cost estimate in advance for your approval based on your recording project parameters. You can authorize the recording request for production by providing us with your account PIN number. We will deliver your professional recording via email within 4 to 5 business days. Expedited 24 hours turnaround service [excluding weekends and holidays] is also available for an additional fee. Your Nextiva representative will be pleased to answer any questions that you may have about the process.
