Can I Transfer My Existing Number(s) to Nextiva Connect?

Yes. As a Nextiva Connect customer, you can port your existing phone number(s) to Nextiva just as you would with our hosted or SIP Trunking offerings. Porting is the process of taking your phone number away from your current carrier and moving it to another carrier, such as Nextiva. Nextiva will be working with one of our hosted carriers to port in your numbers, and they will require a completed Letter Of Agency (LOA).

*The only Nextiva Connect plan not able to port numbers in is our Nextiva Connect EIG/Free 100 Minute plan. Please upgrade to a pay plan in order to port numbers.

NOTE: If you have both local and toll free numbers, two LOAs will be required.
